We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from Under the Palm Tree.  If you have to return or exchange any item, we will do so under the following conditions:
     returns must be within 10 days of shipping
     exchanges must be within 21 days of purchase or shipping
     you must include your sales receipt and/or packing slip
     all merchandise must be in saleable condition with tags intact
     we do not accept COD returns
     shipping fees are not refunded

Returns will be accepted for store credit only.

ONLINE CUSTOMERS ONLY:
Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of purchase for full refund on credit card.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
